About Villa Ruya
The best feature of the property is the amount of living space, making it ideal
for families holidaying together or for extended families staying.
The Villa is tastefully furnished with 'antique' furniture but with all the comforts
of home. On arrival guests will find a welcome pack to start the holiday with breakfast
provisions for the first morning. The design of the villa enables the house to stay
cool in the hot summer and also for heat to rise from the fire in winter time. This
is due to the high ceiling in the lounge, created by the 'Gothic' stone work towers.
The large stone fireplace , cast iron chandeliers, open first floor gallery overlooking
the lounge, all contribute to the impression of living in a mini castle but with
all the advantages of modern living with air conditioning and central heating.
The first floor master double bedroom has panoramic mountain views and also a view
of the sea and Gocek bay. It has a private balcony and the furniture is in keeping
with the character of the villa.
There is a further smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom.
The single bedroom
is more modern in its furniture design. Both rooms have superb views. The first
floor bath room has a jacuzzi bath, WC and shower.
The top floor is a family room with a kingsize, black cast-iron bed and two single
beds. There is also an ensuite WC and shower room and a private balcony. This room
has superb panoramic views of Gocek marina and mountains.
In addition. there are two fold up beds which can be used if 10 people occupy the
villa. These would be suitable for children and can be placed anywhere in the villa.
The villa has stunning views of the mountains and is located in a pine forest setting.
The villa is a character property in the design of a mini 'castle' with its stone
fireplace, chandeliers and tower containing a wooden spiral staircase. The furniture
reflects the style of the villa and the villa has been tastefully decorated. The
accommodation is spacious and is suitable for both summer and winter climates. The
outside dining area overlooks the mountains and poolside. The pool area can be closed
off if children are playing in the garden. The villa is within a 7 min walk from
Gocek town centre and the nearest shop is 250m, where you can also catch the dolmus
minibus and road train to the beach.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom (family size) with king size bed, 2 single beds and en-suite. Own balcony with stunning views.
2 Double bedrooms, one with own balcony, both stunning mountain/sea views. 2nd double
bedroom is smaller
1 single bedroom with mountain views.
Bathrooms
En-suite bathroom with shower and WC to master bedroom.
Family bath room with corner jacuzzi bath and shower.
Downstairs shower room and WC. Beautiful stone work feature in shower rooms.
Outside poolside shower.
Kitchen
Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fitted gas hob
and electric oven with extractor fan, electric kettle and toaster.
Utility Room
Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan
and brush.
Lounge
The lounge is tastefully furnished with
'antique' furniture but with all comforts of modern living. DVD, Satellite TV and
board games. The large Gothic stone fire place provides a focal feature. High ceiling
with cast-iron chandeliers and gallery.
Gallery & Dining Area
The dining area adjoins the kitchen, enabling
guests to entertain guests whilst preparing food. The dining area opens directly
on to the outside patio. The first floor has a gallery area which overlooks the
lounge.
Laundry & Cleaning service
Fresh white cotton bed linen is provided and towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel
per person). There is a mid week cleaning service and for guests staying for 2 weeks
or more, a laundry linen and towel service.
Pool & outside
The villa has a private garden with orange
trees and a banana tree. The private swimming pool is in a separate part of the
garden and guests can swim and sun-bathe while still admiring the mountain views.
There is a selection of sun loungers and sun canopy at the poolside. Directly leading
from the dining area patio doors is a large balcony which overlooks the swimming
pool and has stunning mountain views. On this balcony is a feature stone work built-in
BBQ and dining table and chairs for 10 people.
